Jason Drewelow is the General Manager of Primus Dental, a planning, design, and construction firm specializing in dental and medical office buildings.  He helps doctors determine the best strategy for their particular situation and guides clients through the complex process of planning, designing, and building or renovating their office. Primus Dental has done nearly 300 dental office projects and offers their services throughout the Midwest.

    I help doctors evaluate their options when it comes to doing a project, and then help them move forward with the option they decide is best for them and their practice. Oftentimes there are a number of options to consider, and I help them weigh the pros and cons of options relative to each other. I help dentists and dental specialists evaluate and choose buildings or lease spaces, new building sites, and communities (for start-ups or satellite offices). I also help purchase property, negotiate lease agreements, review and secure project financing, explore financial tax incentives and grants, analyze the financial feasibility of projects, and everything else necessary prior to the start of a construction or remodeling project. We have an architectural design team that has done over 700 dental office design projects. Their expertise enhances our ability to help doctors review and assess options for their project. Our projects vary from simple interior remodeling and decorating projects to ground-up offices.
